Timely and effective communication. At RK we have a manager for each of our areas who can be contacted directly. However, all our staff are fully trained to be able to assist with inquiries during business working hours of 10am until 6pm Monday to Friday so there is always someone on hand who can help. Working for one landlord, RK Accommodation it enables us to develop relationships with our tenants, knowing most by their first name!
Professional maintenance of the interior and common areas of properties. Quite rightly, tenants expect to have any problems resolved quickly and efficiently. Unlike many other property management companies we do not work for external landlords; which means we can approve works immediately. We have our own property maintenance team and can therefore resolve the large majority of problems within 3 working days. We always liaise with our tenants to ensure that any work is carried out around their own commitments.
